Tariffs
All prices include NZ Goods and Services tax (GST.). Rates are valid to 30 May 2011. A credit card is required for payment and will be charged in full on confirmation of booking. Refunds will be made in accordance with our cancellation policy as indicated below. Cheques are not accepted.
Annie’s Loft
1-2 guests.
$NZ210 per night
$NZ30 each extra per person per night.
A portacot is available on request.
The Studio
1-2 guests
$NZ185 per night
For the 2nd bedroom option (can accommodate an extra couple), an additional $160 per night.
Continental Breakfast provisions are included in tariff.
We have no minimum stay requirements. Long stay rates are available on request – please email us.
Loss or damage will incur additional charges.
Check in is after 3.00pm. Please check out by 11.00am. Contact us if you wish to negotiate these times and we will endeavour to meet your schedule. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Also contact us if you have special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate these.
Cancellation Policy
We require 14 days notice of cancellation or 100% tariff will be charged.
There is no charge if a booking is replaced. As a small business, late cancellations impact us strongly, so we appreciate you contacting us as soon as possible if you need to change bookings.
